In-Person Estimate
We come to you — typically a 1.5-hour visit where we sit down to discuss your project, walk the space, and take precise measurements throughout your home. Before we leave, we present your estimate in person.

Approve Your Bid & Reserve Your Spot
Once you approve the estimate, a deposit secures your place on our calendar — this is what officially locks in your project.

You're on the Schedule
Your project is added to our schedule, and we'll confirm your start date as it approaches so you know exactly when to expect us.

Final Walkthrough & Payment
Once the work is complete, we walk through the entire project together to make sure everything meets your expectations, then collect final payment.
